Questions
QuickBooks says the bank is not supported. What now? +
QuickBooks checks the bank ID inside .qbo files. Change it under Options before downloading, or use the QuickBooks Online CSV format, which works with any bank.
Is it safe to convert my bank statement here? +
Your PDF is converted inside your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. We only record how many pages you converted, to count your free allowance.
How do I know nothing was missed? +
Every conversion is balance-checked: the opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, and each running balance must follow from the one before. If a row is missing or a sign is wrong, the exact spot is highlighted.
Does it work with scanned statements? +
Not yet. It works with the text-based PDFs you download from online banking. Scanned (photographed) statements are coming soon; leave your email on the pricing page to hear first.
