Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and BulkLift Platform Inc., Windsor, Ontario, Canada, which operates StatementSure. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

The service

StatementSure converts PDF statements into spreadsheet and accounting file formats. It is a data-conversion tool, not accounting, tax or financial advice.

Check your results

We check each conversion against the balances printed on the statement and show you the result. When a statement can't be verified, or the check fails, we tell you. You are responsible for reviewing converted data before relying on it or importing it into your books.

Credits

Credits are prepaid, don't expire and are used one per statement page that contains transactions, after your free monthly pages. Pages without transactions are free, and so is downloading a statement that fails the balance check. Re-downloading a file you already paid for is free. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase: contact us.

Acceptable use

Only convert statements you are authorised to access. Don't attempt to abuse the free allowance or interfere with the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
