What counts as a page?
Only pages with transactions on them. Cover pages, terms and disclosures and blank pages are free. Checking a statement is always free; pages are counted when you download.
What if my statement doesn't balance?
Then you don't pay for it. A statement that fails the balance check downloads free, and we show you the rows that don't add up. If you fix it (for example by adding a missing row), it's charged once it balances. Tell us the bank and we'll fix the converter for free.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy once and use them whenever you need them, this month or in three years. Downloading the same file again is free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase; just ask.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Pick a pack and pay; we create your account from the email you give at checkout and sign you in. Your statements stay open while you pay.
Can I get a receipt for my books?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every purchase.
How is this different from Xero's or QuickBooks' PDF import?
It works with any bank or credit union and any period, exports to any accounting tool or spreadsheet, and checks every running balance so you can prove nothing is missing. Your statements are never uploaded.
