StatementSure is operated by BulkLift Platform Inc., Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Your statements never leave your device

StatementSure reads PDF files inside your web browser. The file and its contents (transactions, names, account numbers) are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them. When you close the tab they are gone.

What we do collect

• Page counts and a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of each file you download, to count your free pages and credits and to avoid charging twice for the same file. The fingerprint cannot be turned back into the file.
• If you create an account: your email address, credit balance and purchase history.
• If you join a waitlist or ask for help: your email address and what you tell us.
• Anonymous usage events (for example "a statement was converted" with its page count and whether the balance check passed) to improve the product.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics without cookies) and an email provider for sign-in links. They process data on our behalf only, and some of them store it outside Canada (for example in the United States).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@statementsure.com.
